My name is Channon, and I offer online counselling for adults who are looking for a safe, supportive space to talk about what is happening in their lives. Whether you're struggling with relationship difficulties, navigating grief and loss, managing stress at work, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don't have to face it alone.
I became a counsellor because I have always been deeply interested in people's stories and the ways we make sense of life's challenges. I believe that being truly heard can be a powerful part of healing. As someone who’s struggled with opening up in the past, I have personal experience with how daunting first steps can be.
This makes me feel even more privileged to support people through some of the most important moments of their lives.
I know reaching out for counselling can feel daunting. Many people worry about being judged, not knowing what to say, or feeling that their problems are not important enough. My experience is that everyone has a story worth telling, and everyone deserves to be heard with compassion, respect, and understanding.

Instead, I will work alongside you, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings, understand yourself more deeply, and find the path that feels right for you.
